On 11th May, Ella and Lisa from Brook came to speak with us.
Brook is the only national voluntary sector provider of free and confidential sexual health advice and services specifically for young people under 25 years.
They came to advise us on how we can talk to our grandchildren on issues about their hormones and how their bodies change as they grow up.
