Rethink is the leading national mental health membership charity, working to help everyone affected by severe mental illness recover a better quality of life. The organisation aims to provide hope and empowerment through effective services and support to all those who need them and campaigning for change through greater awareness and understanding.
Steve McNay, the Service Manager from Rethink - Milton Keynes delivered a very interesting talk and answered our many questions. We were very grateful for the time he spent with us.

A number of our Grandparents have been indirectly affected by mental health issues. This is because they've needed to take care of their Grandchildren when their own children have developed mental health issues and so been unable to continue caring for their own children.
