With 37 members from the Milton Keynes Group, including adults and children, we joined nearly 250 other Kinship Carers on probably the hottest day of the year (so far).
We had a great day of fun and enjoyed meeting other Kinship Carers. There was a sea of red T-shirts again, which made it so easy for us to ‘spot’ each other – and if not the T-shirt and special ‘Celebration’ stickers, which were also easy to spot.
A great day was had by all the children and the adults.
While we were celebrating in Milton Keynes at Gulliver’s up in Warrington another 150 Kinship Carers were doing the same as us. What a day of making everyone aware.
