This charity raises funds to enhance its services for both Adult Carers and Young Carers. Through its website, it provides advice on a number of subjects including: dealing with our emotions, training, counselling. The charity also offers 'one-to-one' support as well as 'support groups'.
We were pleased to have been visited by Anne, as a number of the group felt they could benefit with some of the support options.
